RUSHH RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Rushh, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. As a small, independently operated activewear brand, we offer size exchanges but do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, fit preference, personal dislike, or minor colour variations caused by different screen settings.

SIZE EXCHANGES

• Customers may request one size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Only one exchange request is permitted per order. Multiple eligible items must be included in the same request.
• Exchanges are permitted only for another available size of the same product. Colour or style changes are not permitted.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, damage, pet hair or missing tags will not be accepted.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund of the product value only(excluding original shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@rushh.fit with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A short description of the issue
• An unboxing video, if available

Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and replacement at no extra charge. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Products that materially differ from the description, colour, size or style ordered are also covered under this section.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

An exchange will not be approved where:

• The request is made after the 7-day exchange window
• The product has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Tags or original packaging are missing
• The product fails our hygiene inspection
• The item was marked "Final Sale" (unless damaged, defective or incorrect)
• A previous exchange has already been processed for the order

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

1. Email contact@rushh.fit within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number, requested size, and photos showing the product's condition and tags
3. Wait for approval and pickup/shipping instructions
4. Once the returned item passes inspection, your replacement will be dispatched

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unauthorised parcels may not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If Rushh cancels your order, any amount collected will be refunded to your original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
